Slow Service, Cold Food, Poor Quality

Went here for a business lunch at 11:30 am on a Tuesday. Was seated quickly, but that is where the service ended. Our soups were served luke warm. The meals were served luke warm, and took close to 50 minutes to arrive at our table. The food was marginal at best and definetly below average for a menu of this price range. Most of our lunches were either cold or over cooked. Parking for the 2 hours we were there was $12 and it took the cashier forever just to figure out how to charge us the $12 for parking. Would not recommend this place if you are trying to impress a client or associate as the food, service and prices are not worth it. All in all the staff seemed to be untrained, food was slow and cold, but the look and feel of the restaurant is very nice.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Our room was well-decorated. This hotel definitely wasn't cheap, but it was luxurious and worth the money. I really enjoyed the rooftop pool and the fireplace. The staff were very accommodating and polite. The bed was extremely comfortable. They made our stay all the better.
