Bad billing experience

Their receptionist was quite discourteous to me when I called to inquire about a bill I received in the mail. My experience had been pleasant over the years, simply because I did not have to deal with their office team and administration too much until a billing issue arose with my insurance. When I called to inquire and was not satisfied with the initial person I was speaking to, I asked who handled complaints and managed the office and she claimed to be the person. She also said her title was "Management," which isn't even an appropriate job title for an individual to have (she was actually the receptionist that you speak to when you first call - not senior management at all). The bill concerned my finances, which is very important to me, and the receptionist didn't seem to have empathy or concern and gave me minimal assistance or assurance that the issue was going to be remedied. Completely amateur customer service, which sours an otherwise positive experience.
